Site visits are appointment only.
Tours will not be given without an appointment. Bartenders cannot give tours of The Upstairs event space. To make an appointment with the event manager, please fill out the event inquiry form above.

FAQs
What are the maximum capacities of different floor plans?
Half seated / half standing capacity is 140 people.
Seated dinner capacity is 90 people.
is there a preferred vendor list?
We are happy to recommend vendors. We accept any licensed caterer.
Can we only serve beer?
Primarily, we serve beer and wine only. We do have the option to serve draft cocktails upon request.
Will we have exclusive use?
The rental includes exclusive use of The Upstairs private event space.
The rental does not include access to the outdoor space.
From March to October, a concert may be booked in the outside venue.
Are there any limitations on what we can do in the space?
The venue is only accessible by stairs. Absolutely no outside alcohol is allowed. Candles must be in votives. Glitter is not allowed.
